#25 Loving You

This is about my first real boyfriend, he and I had been together for about 4 months, and I was in love. I couldn't express my feelings by just saying I love you, So this poem is what I came up with.

Loving You

Putting my feelings into words -
Impossible.
For my feelings for you are
Incomprehensible.
If I could let you see the effect you have on me,
You would be blinded.
For if you did the darkness would fade,
Shadows were no longer.
For I am in love,
More in love then I have been for a long time.
I love you is all I can say,
But my heart says more,
There is much more to my love,
Dreams, Hopes, Fantasies,
That all can become realities.
For with you I am a new me,
A me that shouldn't leave.
In these few words I hope you see,
How much you mean to me.
In Life, Love and Spirit,
I want you to hear it,
I Love You!

wow. When i read this poem my breath was caught. This is my life's story. Ever since i saw my boyfriend i now understand why those mushy gushy people are the way that they are. This poem, Loving you, reflects all of my feelings and emotions and for him, not to mention the wonderful changes in my personality and character for having met him. This poem is exquisitely written and it certainly brightened my day!

hey,i love this poem bcuz my x-boyfriend dumped me over a year ago and i cant get him out of my head. he and i were dating for almost 2 years,and i dont kno what i did wrong,but he dumped me. i havent even tryed to get him out of my head bcuz i still love him so much! he's in 3 of my school's classes and i juss dont kno what to do. i love him still and i dont kno how to tell him or let him kno some how.
