  I was very touched by your poem, it is comforting to know I'm not the only one that is in so much pain. I am crying, because there was a guy the one man that I truly loved, I never had enough nerve to have a full conversation with him, he was so sweet and romantic and adorable, he was everything to me. But he is now getting married to this girl. This girl that I think only wants him for his money, but then I have to wonder, if they really are in love. It kills me everyday, I can never forget him and I do not ever think that I will find someone that is like him ever again. He is all I think about and dream about.   This poem can relate to anyone who's been ripped apart by a lover. In my case it was my choice to leave out of self-respect,but the actions that took place after the break up,left me so confused on what love really is, that I honestly don't want to love again. It's too scary to anticipate times that can be so good and then taken from you and it's too scary to anticipate times that can be so bad. I liked in the poem when she says,"Slowly the reality over powering the lust and fantasy, leaving me emty. " When a dream is proven to be impossible there is an emptiness that can't be filled. Builing a new dream can be like building a new house after your home burned down.

My baby love was a part of my now-dead Daddy, so now that it's over between me and him, a part of my Daddy left with him too. To lose a loved one by death is a killer; to lose two loved ones one by death and another by the inevitable "good-bye" is transcendentally painful enough to kill the strongest being alive--from the inside out.
