I realized that this same situation happened to me with my baby Terrius. I feel that same way when I'm sittin in my room at night in my bed thinkin bout all the times we talked on the phone, I went to his house, he told how much he loved me, etc. But i guess it was all a big joke to him.   I just about cried when I read this poem. My first boyfriend and I went out for a mere 2 and a half months, broke up, went back out for a couple more weeks and then we broke up again. All of the break ups were his decision. This poem really expresses how I feel and I wish that there were more poems out there like this one.   At last I could find something that describes my feelings so well. I could completely empathise with the feeling of the poet. At night I think of him and pray for a miracle which could bring us together. But in the morning I always feel that whatever happened was for my good. I had started feeling that these extreme swings in emotions are indicating some kind of mental problem but I think its so normal to think like this. At least now I know that I haven`t gone insane.
