  I think this poem is so powerful because it just explained exactly what i have experienced recently with someone. I will never forget that special day. It was the way our eyes met and the connection we had. It was so sweet that neither of us had the guts to walk up to each other, now i feel so guilty becuse i'll never know. The saddest thing about my situation is that i will probably never see him again because he is a famous VJ and he stays far from where i stay and he probably doesnt feel the same way about me. This peom is an inspiration to me, it will help me to forget about him but thank God that i experienced such happiness in just one special moment. I fell inlove at first sight!

Story: I met my bf in my cousins sweet 15th her party was on the date of july 9th 2005. My cousin jeanet introduced us his name was Manuel. But he left right away so we didnt get to talk as much. Well then later on that same year on the date of September 16 I met him again in a festival. When my cousins boyfriend introduse me to him he wouldn't let go of my hand and he kept on looking at my eyes and I looked at his, knowing that we have fallen in love. Why? Is the question well because we fell in love at first sight. Today we are still going out we have 8 months together (he asked me to be his GF two days after we met so he asked me out on the date of Sept. 18 2005) I love your poem.

  I was skeptical about Love at first sight. until I experienced it myself. Funny, because that night was a twist of fate to the most extreme. its as if fate had put two overly finicky, analytical and pratical souls to meet the way we did (perhaps with us-thats what it would take for us to believe in the power of pure love). Each was suppose to be somewhere else that night and yet circumstances or fate brought us in that same city that night(LBC).
